This Privacy Policy, together with any documents it may expressly incorporate by reference, describes how Art Clvb, Inc. and our affiliates (collectively "Art Clvb," "ArtClvb,"  "Company," "we," "us," or "our") collect and process personal information in relation to your use of our mobile application, www.artclvb.xyz, www.artclub.com, and other digital properties that link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the "Website"), your participation in our events or activities, receipt of our marketing communications, interaction with us and other users on our Website, social networks, or in-person, or other engagement with us as indicated in this Privacy Policy including with respect to our products and services (collectively the "Services").


By accessing or using our Website or any of our Services, or otherwise providing us personal information, you agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy as it may be modified from time to time and expressly consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy. We do not collect or store full payment card numbers or CVC/CVV codes; these are transmitted directly to Stripe, though we may retain limited card metadata and Stripe tokens for refunds and authorized payments. We use SendGrid, operated by Twilio Inc. and its affiliates ("SendGrid"), to manage our email marketing communications, including newsletters, promotional content, and other marketing materials. In connection with these services, we may share your name, email address, and marketing preferences with SendGrid. SendGrid acts as our email marketing service provider, with its processing governed by its own privacy policy (https://www.twilio.com/en-us/egal/privacy).       3. Other Third Parties.

        1. Advertising Partners.         2. Business Partners. Other companies with whom we partner to offer products and Services and carry out other related activities.

        3. Other Users of the Platform. Other individuals who visit and interact with the Website may be able to view the personal information you post using the Website’s features, including its review features.

      1. The Website and Services are not intended for use by children under 18 years of age. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a minor without the consent of the child's parent or guardian as required by law, we will take reasonable measures to delete it. We may, in our sole discretion, refuse to offer the Services to any person or entity and change our eligibility criteria at any time.

    3. Do Not Track.

      1. It is our policy to post any changes we make to our Privacy Policy on this page with a notification that the Privacy Policy has been updated on our Website home page.
